Implementation

Tracy King, project manager with fifteen years senior management experience, will introduce the concept of Project (Process) Management. She takes the lead for Weeks 5 & 6, helping you implement the marketing piece.

Tracy provides online templates to test your marketing piece’s viability and profitability.  In week 5, you will examine costs vs. good/better/best scenarios for return on investment. Finally, in Week 6, you will create specific timelines for each step of the marketing process.

By the end of week six you will have outlined a business case for your marketing piece – ensuring that implementation will provide the expected return. In Week 7, your timeline will be defined and your project launched, making you ready for benchmarking.
